Locksmith Connections is a dispatch service. It is not a locksmith.
When you call one of our numbers you reach our dispatch office. We take the details of the job, find an independent locksmith working in that area who is available and able to do it, and pass the job to them. We have operated this way since 2013.
Every locksmith in the network is an independent contractor or an independent locksmith business. They are not employees, agents or partners of Locksmith Connections. We do not supply their vehicles, their tools or their insurance, and we do not direct how they carry out the work.
The prices published on this site are typical ranges — what customers usually pay for that kind of job across the country. They are not quotes and they are not set by us. The independent locksmith who attends decides the final price after seeing the work, and you agree it with them directly before they begin.
Payment for the work is made to the independent locksmith, not to Locksmith Connections. We do not charge you for the work and we do not hold the money for it.
Agree the price before the work starts. Ask for it in writing if you want it in writing. You are making a purchase from an independent business, and you should make that decision on the same terms you would with any other trade.
Call the number you originally called and tell the dispatcher. We keep a record of which locksmith was sent to which job and we will put you back in contact with them. Where a job has gone wrong we will help you resolve it, but the contract for the work itself is between you and the independent locksmith.
Availability depends on which independent locksmiths are working in your area at the time you call. We do not guarantee that a locksmith will be available for a particular job at a particular time.
